From Yau Mar Tai to Mongkok

Yau Mar Tai and Mongkok are mix area, which have mixed age group, local people, tourist and immigrant... everything. It can reveal to my capture....

I have followed Eric Kim Facebook for some time and I knew that he would had a workshop in Hong Kong but it was too expensive for me. Somehow I saw he arranged a street shooting event at TST and welcomed any streettogs to join, then I decided to join and have had no regret at all!

Night market at Mongkok

The night market at Mongkok has amazing light and color, I just couldn't resist to take the shoot.
Shot by OMD, Viogtlander 25mm F0.95 @0.95(as I remember).

Samui

I saw a nice light and contrast with the symmetrical composition far away and then I ran close and wait till the person came to my frame at the right place. Btw,  I just enjoy the 35mm equivalent focal length so much.

Get out of the comfort zone (shooting in strong sunlight )

I rarely shoot at noon, I intended to go out of the comfort zone (night shots) and capture some moments at Tsuen Wan.

Causeway bay Series

I have no idea how many times I shot photographs in Causeway Bay, to me it is just a good place with lot of actions, which is fantastic for street photography.

Night action

Due to the urbanization, the signature of old Hong Kong life is deteriorating, that's the reason why I want to shoot as much as possible to capture the essence of the old Hong Kong. 

Capture of the day

Captured during the rush hour at the Admiralty MTR Station, I felt so bored for waiting the train, then I found out a spot light in front of me, of course I took my camera out and captured it..

Panning shot

I haven't had any panning shot since I was having my design degree (forgot how many years ago). It is not a good shot, but I do feel it is interesting to make something like this. Hopefully, I can make a better one in the future.
