Amber rain
I left my umbrella home, so all I could do was to snap some images and waited till the rain stopped.

Mongkok
Every image is a fragment of my memory, I don't think it needs to have a clear story. An open ended image is what I want to achieve more in the future.

An old woman who told me the story about this 20 years old bicycle
I was doing my street photography and felt this bicycle had a story. I started to take some images of it and then a nice old lady came and told me the story behind it. She was such a kind hearted person and I asked her permission to take some images of her and the bicycle together.

My feeling - Osaka, Kyoto, Nara. 35mm.
During the trip, I learned to slow down and used the viewfinder to the enjoy the moments. The quality of the images were not important, the most important matter was to use my heart to capture that feelings.
It was such a pleasure to be with you, my love. When we are together, you just fill my weaknesses with your love.

Inside the Train
I found out my street photography is getting tight, all the shots looks kind static and dead. To response I try to use a compact camera X100T and get loose, hope it works.

Red
I usually don't shoot at super low light condition, but I saw a red ball alongside with the flowers, which created a interesting colour relationship between the two very different subjects, caught my attention.

Cats
This is the first time I spot a story other than human, which is a great start to me because street photography suppose to be wider than just shooting human.

Admiralty
I will never tempted to shoot Street Photography with wide open anymore. The scene was pretty good just ruined by the paper thin depth of field. I do think this image still holds the story well that's the reason why I keep it, but all of you should believe it will become a better shot if I choose F/2.8 to make the both mother and son to be in focus.

The Old Gambler
He is sitting near the Jockey club and waiting to bet for the next race. That's the culture in Hong Kong and many Hong Kongers spend the whole day like him.

I'm such a jerk
I'm such a jerk, I saw the emotion, took the shot and go. I should at least ask him "Are you ok?" and try to help out if possible. That's what I need to do in the future.
One of the main reason I take photo on the street is to show the emotions of our city in deeper level. In some cases, "show" is not enough, we need to act to help our society.

Voigtlander Nokton 50mm f1.5 M Aspherical Review
It takes almost 6 months to get my 50mm lens for my M240. Since the Leica 50mm Summilux ASPH was out my budget, and I need want a fast lens, my choices were downed to Zeiss 50 Sonnar T F/1.5 and Voigtlander Nokton 50mm F/1.5 ASPH. I like the Sonnar, but it suffers from the well known focus shift Issue, so that my final choice is the Voigtlander.
